Michael Gershfeld has been a force to be reckoned with ever since he entered the real estate industry in early 2012, working his way up from sales and leasing to working directly with management companies in New York City and surrounding areas. With years of experience assisting cooperatives, condominiums, HOA’s, boards and residents alike, he has always aimed to go above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service and fulfilling clients’ needs. He has managed a vast portfolio of large properties ranging from 1200+ units in NYC, Queens and Brooklyn to luxury high-rise buildings.
Arthur Gershfeld has over two decades of legal experience. During his legal career, he worked as Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, Brooklyn under the former DA Charles Hynes. In 2003, he started his own criminal defense firm. As he continues his successful criminal defense practice, he has also ventured out into the real estate industry. Arthur is an owner, operator, and manager of both commercial and residential properties. He has also gained the expertise in advising both domestic and international clientele on proper real estate investments to suit their needs.
